Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you use our services, including login times, features accessed, and session duration.
Device Information: We collect device identifiers, browser type, operating system, and IP address for security and service optimization.
Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
2. How We Use Your Information

3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is hosted on Microsoft Azure infrastructure in the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), encryption at rest, network segmentation, and regular security audits.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist in operating our services (e.g., Stripe for payments, SendGrid for email)
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or legal process

8. Cookies
We use essential cookies required for the operation of our platform (authentication, session management). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
9. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. After account termination, we retain data for up to 90 days for backup purposes, then permanently delete it unless legally required to retain it longer.
10. Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
