Password Best Practices

  • Change your password frequently; at least once every 30 Days. Eezycloud can set your account to force you to change if you request it.
  • Do not share your Password with anyone. If you accidentally expose your password, change it immediately.
  • Use a complex password that includes Upper and Lowercase letters, numerals, and symbols. The password should not include any sequences (e.g., 123. or ABC). Eezycloud will reject a password if it does not meet complexity rules.
  • If you for get your Password, your company leader has a tool to reset your password to the default password on their desktop. Then Use the tool described in the video to reset it to your personal password.
