AllTek Seal Instructions

Log in to HTML5 Desktop

Eezycloud's HTML5 Desktop is a self-contained workspace with all of your software and Data that is accessible from any browser.

1. Go to: PLATFORM LOGIN at the top of this page.

2. Log in using the following credentials:

      a. User Names: First Initial/Last Name (JSmith, AThompson, TMiles).

      b. Initial Password: As described in your training session. (Case sensitive, and you’ll be prompted to change it after set-up, and every 3o days thereafter).

3. Now, pick HTML5 to access your Eezycloud desktop (we’ll go over RemoteApp in another lesson).

4. You should now be on your Eezycloud desktop!

Log in to RemoteApp

Intro to Remote App
Eezycloud give Users the option of two presentation modes: HTML5 and RemoteApp. 

We've just seen how HTML5 delivers a full desktop in any browser. RemoteApp is different: it delivers the software and directories in your Eezycloud environment right to your local PC, so that you can take advantage of network devices like printers, barcode scanners and other peripherals, and allows Users better control of tasks such as cutting and pasting between documents or folders.

Before we begin...

Please download and install this Universal Printer Driver to your local PC:
Part 1
Downloading the Remote App plugin
1. Go to: https://platform.eezycloud.com 

2. Now, choose RemoteApp

3. You should now see a pop up to “Download Plugin”
4. Click it, and a download should appear


5. Click the download to start the installation process
6. Click “Install” to start the installation

7. Click “Next” once the download is completed

8. Finally, click “Finish." Your plugin is now installed!
Part 2
Logging in through Remote App
1. Go to: PLATFORM LOGIN at the top of this page.

2. Log in using the following credentials:
        a. User Names: First Initial/Last Name (JSmith, AThompson, TMiles).

        b. Initial Password: As described in your training session. (Case sensitive, and you’ll be prompted to change it after set-up, and every 3o days thereafter).

3. Now, pick RemoteApp to access your Eezycloud Remote App desktop 

4. You should now be on your Eezycloud desktop!

Checking/Transferring Data

Part 1
Connecting to your previous HomeDirectory
1. Open up a web browser

2. Go to: https://cloud.alltekseal.com

3. Log in using your credentials

4. Next, access your “HomeDirectory” folder

5. Click on the download that appears

1. After clicking the download, you should be prompted with the following message:

3. Log in using your credentials

You should now see your HomeDirectory
Part 2
Transferring Files
To compare data, you must access your Eezycloud RemoteApp desktop.

1. Leaving the Alltek session open on your desktop, follow the “Log in to Remote App” instructions. 

2. Once logged in, move both directories next to each other for better visualization.

3. On your Eezycloud desktop, you should see a shortcut named “HomeDirectory”
4. Click on it, choose “Ok” on the popup that grants necessary permission.
5. If you'd like to transfer your data over to your “Documents” on Eezycloud, simply select Documents on the file explorer
6. Next, find which files you want to be transferred from NovaTech’s servers

7. Right click, and copy
8. Next, go to the Eezycloud RemoteApp, and right click

9. Hit “Ok” on the pop up

10. Choose paste

11. Then hit “Ok” on the pop up for the final time
Now you should see that your file was successfully transferred.

Eezycloud support is CLOSED on the following days: Memorial Day, July 4, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.  All Service requests will be responded to the next business day in the order received. 
ELECTION DAY: Support starts at Noon Eastern.

Service Commitment

During Service Hours, Client requests will be responded to within two hours. Off-hour requests will be responded to the next business day.

Maintenance Hours

Eezycloud Maintenance Hours are 10PM-7AM ET (daily). Platform access during these hours may be restricted/interrupted on short notice.
