Joe Strummer was the political soul of Punk. The public school educated son of a diplomat, he infused the hard driving  sound of The Clash  with an ethos that spoke to the political division of late 70's Britain and against a fascist resurgence, which resounds today.
Here, he covers Bob Marley's Redemption Song, an anthem to peace.
