The Whole Desktop, or just your App: Two Presentations To Meet Your Changing Requirements
Users can choose from two distinct presentations: HTML5 or RemoteApp.
HTML5 RD and RemoteApp are both remote desktop solutions, but there are some differences between them.
HTML5 RD is a web-based application that can be accessed through a web browser and does not require installation of any additional software on the client computer. It is designed to be lightweight and easy to use, making it a convenient option for accessing remote computers or virtual machines.
RemoteApp, on the other hand, is a technology that allows users to run a specific application remotely, rather than accessing an entire desktop. It requires installation of our RemoteApp client on the client computer.
Both solutions offer benefits and capabilities that can help businesses improve their operations and reduce costs. HTML5 RD is a versatile solution for remote access, while RemoteApp offers centralized application management and improved application performance (e.g., multi monitor, batch printing).
EEZYCLOUD subscribers can choose either HTML5 RD or RemoteApp each time they log in, depending on the task at hand and the device they’re working on.
