The Whole Desktop, or just your App: Two Presentations To Meet Your Changing Requirements
Users can choose from two distinct presentations: HTML5 or RemoteApp.
HTML5 RD and RemoteApp are both remote desktop solutions, but there are some differences between them.
HTML5 RD is a web-based application that can be accessed through a web browser and does not require installation of any additional software on the client computer. It is designed to be lightweight and easy to use, making it a convenient option for accessing remote computers or virtual machines.
RemoteApp, on the other hand, is a technology that allows users to run a specific application remotely, rather than accessing an entire desktop. It requires installation of the Remote Desktop Services role on a server and the Remote Desktop Connection client on the client computer.
