EEZYCLOUD uptime

We publish our uptime every month, with the method that produced it and the raw five-minute results. A percentage without a published definition and a measured monthly history cannot be checked; this one can.

October 2026 to date

Measured 10/13/2026 2:35 PM ET to 10/23/2026 6:15 AM ET. Updated daily; a month is final on the 1st of the next month.

13,900 minutes measured; 0 minutes had no result from either monitor; we report them as unmeasured, never as up.

How we measure

  • What we check: the EEZYCLOUD sign-in gateway, the front door of every hosted desktop. Each check loads the sign-in page over HTTPS, which must answer with status 200 and the real sign-in form, and opens a TCP connection to port 443.
  • From where: two monitors outside Microsoft Azure, in the Netherlands and Moldova, so a fault in our own network cannot hide itself.
  • How often: every 5 minutes, from both monitors at the same moment.
  • When a slot counts as down: when no monitor reaches the sign-in page. If one monitor fails and the other succeeds, the fault is on the monitor’s side and the slot counts as up. A slot with no result from either monitor counts as unmeasured.
  • Formula: monthly uptime = (minutes measured − minutes down) ÷ minutes measured × 100, over a calendar month in Eastern Time.
  • What is not excluded: maintenance. Our maintenance cannot always be announced 72 hours ahead, so every minute counts, including the nightly QuickBooks update window and Windows patch reboots.
  • Two windows: 24×7, and weekday business hours (Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–6:00 PM ET), following the availability-during-business-hours rule in NIST SP 500-307, Cloud Computing Service Metrics Description.
  • What this figure does not yet show: whether QuickBooks itself opens after sign-in. That needs a test sign-in, and we shall add it to this page when it runs. Clients whose QuickBooks runs on a server of its own are not in this figure.
