6/6/2022-With the June 4-6 Updates to QuickBooks, An Error Message related to QBWebConnector has been presenting on login to Eezycloud:
Eezycloud Support has followed the remediation steps provided by Intuit here: QuickBooks Web Connector Error QBWC1085 or Exception TypeError: Unknown name (intuit.com)
When this didn’t work, we reinstalled QBWebConnector.exe; unfortunately, this didn’t work, either.
We’ve tested QBWebConnector, and it works properly, including writing to it’s own log file.
We’ll keep looking for a solution, but in the meantime, it is safe to click “OK” and keep working.
