QuickBooks Online books can be liberated too — QBO’s own exports are partial, and your access ends when the subscription does; we extract the complete books into a database you own. Frequently asked questions
Do I lose my data when my software is discontinued?
No. Your data belongs to you, not the vendor. Even after support ends, the data inside your installation or backup files is fully recoverable. We extract it into an open database format you control.
Do I have to migrate to the vendor’s replacement product?
No. Forced migrations are a vendor sales motion, not a technical necessity. If you hold a perpetual license you can keep running your software — hosted with us — or take your data out and use it however you want.
What do you need from us to start a conversion?
Usually just a backup file of your company data and a short call about what you want on the other side: hosted continuity, reports and AI query, integration with another system, or simple long-term retention.
Is converted data audit-safe?
Yes. Our conversions are faithful mirrors — we preserve the source system’s accounting semantics rather than reshaping the data, and reports are generated from reconciled snapshots you can defend to an auditor.
