SMS Notifications Opt-In

eezycloud LLC offers SMS (text message) notifications to keep you informed about your account, support requests, appointments, and security alerts. SMS opt-in is voluntary and not required to use our services.

What you’ll receive

• Two-factor authentication (2FA) verification codes when you sign in
• Support ticket updates and resolution notifications
• Appointment reminders for scheduled support calls
• Billing and service notifications (payment confirmations, renewal reminders)
• Security alerts (e.g. login from a new device)

We do not send marketing or promotional SMS through this opt-in. Marketing SMS, if ever offered, would require a separate opt-in.

How to opt in

Enter your mobile number below and check the consent box. By submitting, you agree to receive automated text messages from eezycloud LLC at the number provided.

Sample messages

• “EEZYCLOUD: Your verification code is 482915. Valid for 10 minutes. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
• “EEZYCLOUD Support: Ticket #4582 has been resolved. View at eezycloud.com/support/4582. Reply STOP to opt out.”
• “EEZYCLOUD: Appointment with our support team confirmed for Tue 2:00pm ET. Reply CANCEL to reschedule. Reply STOP to opt out.”
• “EEZYCLOUD Billing: Your monthly subscription was charged successfully. View invoice at eezycloud.com/billing. Reply STOP to opt out.”
• “EEZYCLOUD Security: New sign-in from Manhattan, NY at 3:42pm ET. If this wasn’t you, reply HELP.”

Reply STOP to any SMS we send and you’ll be opted out immediately. You can also email privacy@eezycloud.com.

Privacy and data sharing

Mobile information (including your phone number and opt-in status) will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share mobile data only with subprocessors strictly necessary to deliver the SMS service (currently Bandwidth as our SMS carrier). See our full Privacy Policy.

Carrier compatibility

SMS service is supported by major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
